Insight Consultant (Qualitative)
As an Insight Consultant (Qualitative), you are determined to activate change for great brands through a passion for data and consumer insights.
You are project driven and can manage your time and workload independently, but equally you love to collaborate in teams to reach the best result.
Initially, your focus is on data analysis and reporting, but you are eager to learn and develop expertise in qualitative research methods across full projects.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management (Main Focus)
- Assist in the planning, setting up and management of qualitative research projects with support from senior team members.
- Collaborate well with and act as a liaison for our service center team in Romania. (ie database, recruiters, etc)
Qualitative and Community Design
- Co-lead activity design meetings and brainstorms.
Fieldwork
- Grow your qualitative moderating experience and become comfortable with online communities.
- You brief external moderators
- Review the status of community and qualitative fieldwork and effectively communicate progress.
Analysis and Reporting
- Analyse, interpret and report on the findings of qualitative research projects.
- Create draft conclusions and recommendations for review.
- Interpret an analysis plan and use it as a base to collaborate with others.
Presenting
- Gain experience by presenting internally and externally.
- Co-lead client presentations and can answer questions that relate to your analyses.
Account Management
- Gain experience and exposure to clients by supporting more senior consultants with project related tasks and communications.

Education Requirements
- A Master's degree in relevant field (e.g., social sciences, psychology, business, or economics) preferred.
- Fluent in Dutch and English is required
